This service is for CMU Off-Campus students, staff, and faculty only.
Use this form for reference and research questions only. Request the delivery of specific articles and books from the Document Delivery Office.
Please provide as much information as possible so we can help you most effectively.
You will receive a response from an OCLS Librarian within one business day, except on holidays and weekends. If you do not have a response within that time period, please call us at (800) 274-3838. In Mexico call us toll-free at 001-800-544-1452.
To check the status of a question submitted, you will need the email address that you submitted with your question, along with the password e-mailed to you.
