Reference

National Criminal Justice Reference Service: NCJRS is a federally funded resource offering justice and substance abuse information to support research, policy, and program development worldwide.

Uniform Crime Reports: Compiled by the Federal Bureau of Investigations.

Supreme Court collection: The Supreme Court is the highest court in the US judicial system. Decisions since 1990 are made available under the auspices of Project Hermes.

Bureau of Justice Statistics: Contains statistics on all aspects of crime and links to the Sourcebook of Criminal Justice Statistics.

National Archive of Criminal Justice Data: The mission of the National Archive of Criminal Justice Data (NACJD) is to facilitate research in criminal justice and criminology.

Bureau of Prisons: Research & Reports: The Bureau performs evaluative and basic research studies, conducts policy impact analysis, and produces technical and statistical reports.
